Refund & Returns Policy

At Kinetic Print, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology, our refund and return policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications

Please ensure all product options are selected carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging if damaged during transit

After assessment, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A repair where applicable
  • A full or partial refund

Filament Returns

Filament may be returned only if:

  • The packaging remains unopened and unused.
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The filament was supplied incorrectly by Kinetic Print.

Opened or partially used filament spools cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was supplied.
  • The product was defective.
  • The item was damaged during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production of a custom 3D printed item has started, cancellation requests may not be possible due to material and production costs already incurred.


Natural Variations in 3D Printed Products

Customers acknowledge that 3D printed products may contain minor variations including:

  • Layer lines
  • Slight colour variations
  • Minor surface imperfections
  • Small dimensional tolerances

These characteristics are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalised products
  • Downloadable digital files
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper handling
