Kinetic Print proudly ships nationwide throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Estimated delivery times after production has been completed:
- Major cities: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over R1500 anywhere within South Africa.
Orders below R1000 will have shipping calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location and parcel size.
Production & Delivery
Most of our 3D printed products are manufactured to order.
Estimated production times:
- Standard 3D printed products: 2–5 business days
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days
- Filament orders (in stock): 1–2 business days
Please note that shipping times begin once production has been completed and your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products. We will work directly with The Courier Guy to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
