3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and filament batches.
- 3D printed products may show visible layer lines.
- Minor imperfections are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process.
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.
4. Custom 3D Printed Products
Custom-made products are manufactured according to customer specifications.
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing correct information and measurements.
- Reviewing designs before approval.
- Confirming colour selections.
Once production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without notice.
The price displayed at checkout will be the final product price before shipping charges are added.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before production or shipment begins.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for most deliveries within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Production schedules
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Remote delivery locations
Kinetic Print cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Custom-made and personalised products generally cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Product photographs
- Website graphics
- Text content
remain the property of Kinetic Print unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Customer-Supplied Files
Where customers provide STL files, designs, logos, or other content, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use and reproduce that material.
Kinetic Print accepts no responsibility for copyright or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-provided files.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kinetic Print shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Delays caused by third-party service providers
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
12. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.
3D printed items:
- Are not toys unless specifically marketed as toys.
- May contain small parts that present a choking hazard.
- Should be kept away from excessive heat unless specifically designed for high-temperature environments.
Adult supervision is recommended where children are involved.
13. Website Availability
We strive to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or modify the website without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

Customer information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
